He is survived by: his wife Shirley Ann Swartz; his children, Lynda Rhoades (Dan) of West Liberty, Bob Core (Pat) of Bellefontaine, John Core (Vickie) of Bellefontaine and Tom Core (Dawn) of DeGraff, Ohio.; his brother Jim Core (Pauline) of Elida, Ohio.; and his grandchildren, Chris Trabert, Jason Todd Alloway, Jaclyn Britenstine, Jessica Rausch (Derrick), Steve Truesdale, Clifton Core (Sara), Betty Justice (Bobby), Emily Stone (Jake), Heather Core and Evan Core. He is also survived by fourteen great-grandchildren.
