She was predeceased by: her husband Hiram VanHoose. She is survived by: her parents, Walter Lehman and Pearl Lehman (Bowman); her daughters, Marsha Ann Kilgore of Springfield and Pamela Kay Stemble (John) of Lewistown, OH; her grandchildren, Cheryl Deane, Mark Kilgore (Marcie), Charity Pelfrey and Christa Adkins (Tim); her great grandchildren, Jeff, Loren, Elizabeth, Brooke, Rachel, Joshy, Ashley, Timmy, Isaac and Leah; and her brother-in-law Raymond Vanhoose. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
