He is survived by: his sons, Chad Mullins (Rhonda) of Bellefontaine and Mike D. Mullins of Seattle; his grandchildren, Taryn Mullins, Avery Mullins and Silas Mullins; and his stepgrandsons, Matthew Roderick and Lucas Roderick.
