She is survived by: her children, Stephanie Stephens (Bruce Thompson) of Columbus, Ohio, Daniel Stephens (Marla) of Bellefontaine, Stuart Stephens of Bellefontaine and Thomas Stephens (Kelli) of DeGraff, Ohio; her grandchildren, Kurtis Stephens (Stephanie), Cy Stephens, Alex Axline (Robbie), Katie Stephens, Chris Stephens, Aubrey Stephens, Max Stephens and Samantha Stephens; her great grandchildren, Jerrik Stephens, Jacinda Stephens and Hudson Axline; and her sister Dr. Carole Ludwig of Watkinsville. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
