He was predeceased by: his parents, Oliver Hager and Martha Hager (Mougey). He is survived by: his wife Doris Hager (Shaw); his children, Darlene Armstrong (Jerry), Steve Hager (Sharon), Sherry Payne (Victor) and Rodney Hager (Margaret); his grandchildren, Michelle Neer (Pat), David Armstrong (Rebecca), Barry Hager (Kelly), Danny Hager, Doug Hager (Karena), Mark Hager, Daniel Barr, Stacey Smith, Corey Smith, Matt Smith (Alyssa), Mike Smith (Kim), David Payne (Ray), Mel Payne, Ashley Woolever (Kyle) and Rebecca Hager; and his siblings, Sam Hager (Shirley), Judy Crews (Frank) and Robert Hager (Judy). He is also survived by seventeen great grandchildren.
Guests will be required to wear a mask and practice social distancing at all times.
