He was predeceased by: his parents, David Leroy Allen and Anna Mary Johnson Allen; his wife Janet Ferguson Allen; and his siblings, Merle Allen, Sam Allen, Gerald Allen (Chic), Vivian Levan and Betty Hunt.
He is survived by: his close friend Janet Ferguson Allen; his children, Teresa "Tess" Brenneman (Russ), Shelley Russell (Ken) and Libby Esch (Brian); his siblings, Gary Allen (Louise) and Jean Dyer; his grandchildren, Emily Hoover (Luke), Bethany Foulk (Jason Tomlin), Nicholas Russell (Courtney), Jordan (Ammanda), Makayla Russell (Makayla), Hannah Allen, Kati Allen-Anderson (Paul), BJ Esch and Emma Esch; his pet Jude; and his great grandchildren, Kylie Miller, Liam Miller, Bentley Foulk, Dameion Wright, Lalla Wright, Carter Russell, Addalynn Russell, McKinley Allen, McCartney Allen, Oliva Russell and Landen Russell. He is also survived by his family and close friends.
