He was predeceased by: his father Johnny "Dan" Butler. He is survived by: his wife Janice D. Butler; his children, Brian Butler (Robin), John Butler (Stephanie), Darla LeVan (Bryan) and Kevin Butler (Heather); his grandchildren, Josh (Annie), Nicole (Dave), Blake (Katie), Madison, Kayla (Brandon), Rylee (Sonny), Elliott and Greyson; and his great grandchildren, Jackson, Asher, Evan, Kaleb, Caden, Miles, Hattie and River. He is also survived by 9 siblings and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
