He is survived by: his children, David A. Bailey and Sue Jackson (James); and his siblings, Albert Bailey (Freeda), David Bailey (Deloris), Carl Bailey (Sherill) and Maggie Jenkins (Billy). He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
