With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Douglas Evans of Bellefontaine, Ohio, born in West Union, Ohio, who passed away on September 23, 2024 at the age of 60. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Evans and Bonnie Evans; and his grandson Gideon Stephans. He is survived by: his children, Dale Evans, Johnathan Evans (Ally), Douglas Evans Jr. (Joanna), Trisha Cook (Dave), Bonnie Evans, Margo Purtee, Brittany Evans and Jessica Stephans (Isaiah); and his siblings, Mark Evans (Ty), Cynthia Giles (Bill), Pamela Morrison (Doug), Elizabeth Burd (Jeremy), Patricia Pikey (Mike) and Annabelle Evans. He is also survived by Many Grandchildren, Aunts &Uncles.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, October 13th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the DeGraff Park (101 Pleasant St, De Graff, OH 43318).
