He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Bill Allen, Myra Risner, Ellen Cox and Susie Gildow. He is survived by: his father Don; his sisters, Jessica Brown (Brad) and Megan Cook (Patrick); and his grandparents, Linda Allen, Larry Cox and Doug Risner. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to the Recovery Zone, 440 S St Paris St, Bellefontaine, OH 43311.
