He was predeceased by: his parents, Wiltsie Westfall and Inez Westfall; his wife Carol Osborne; and his siblings, Chester, Calvin, Elnora Fedorchuk and Geressa Mills.
He is survived by: his daughter Diana Collins (Mark) of East Liberty; and his grandchildren, Ryan Collins (Laura) of Piqua and Nikki Carpenter (Hank) of East Liberty.
