He was predeceased by: his grandparents, George, Phyllis Westlake, James and Margaret Evans; and his cousin Samuel Westlake.
He is survived by: his parents, Dennis Evans and Jackie Evans (Westlake); his wife Ofelia Edelo Edu; his son Brycyn Evans of Bellefontaine; his stepdaughters, Maliah and Sianna Pierce of Bellefontaine; his sister Megan Frank (Cy Stephens) of Bellefontaine; his nephew London Frank; and his pet Kahlua.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the funeral home in care of the family.
