She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde O. Patterson and Estella Pearl Patterson (Wallace); her husband Frank W. Shepard; her children, Joyce Marker and James Galyk; her stepson Russ Shepard; her son-in-law Chet Marker; her granddaughter Angela Lloyd (Galyk); and her siblings, Mary, Leona, Aldene, Harold and Everett.
She is survived by: her sons, David Galyk (Linda) of Ottoville, Frank Galyk (Marianne) of Ridgeway and Steve Galyk (Linda) of Bellefontaine; and her daughters-in-law, Mary Galyk of Continental and Linda Shepard of Bellefontaine. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
