He was predeceased by: his parents, Hilbert German and Loretta German (Ellerbrock); his brothers, Richard and Ronald German; and his brothers-in-law, Roger Stokes and Max Davis.
He is survived by: his wife Kathryn 'Cookie Martindale; his siblings, Connie Wion (Richard), Margie Stokes, Phyllis Gallimore (Gene), Pat Davis and Jim German; his children, Rick Price, Greg (Melinda Price), Randy (Tammy Price), Michael (Theresa Price) and Susan (Jeremy Alltick); and his grandchildren, Bobbie, Quinton Cooley, Shenna, Russ Oswalt, Brittany, Trey Shropshire, Amanda, Mark Lowery, Danielle Billings, Kaylee, Zack Cox, Taylor Price, Josh Yates, Hailee Price, Dawson Miller, Kimber Price, Ethan Riley and Hunter Lattimer. He is also survived by fourteen great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
