He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Gilbert and Myrtle Falice Fultz (Grubbs); his aunt Gladys E. Fultz (Bell); his uncle Kenneth; his brother Alvin L. Fultz; and his cousins, Sally, Dick Fultz Lyman, Lee Fultz, Bob, Marion Fultz and Janet Fultz.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Marie Henry; his children, Kathy Fultz of Bellefontaine, Jeff Fultz (Beth) of Batavia, Beverly Zehner (Bryan) of Springboro and Diana Drake (John) of Bellefontaine; his grandchildren, Andy Drake, Amy Kerns (Mike), Tommy Drake, Jared Crapes, Amanda Beckwith (Wil), Brandy Hawthorne (Joshua) and Brittany Whitten (Brian); his siblings, Benjamin Fultz of Etna, Eileen Gault of Huber Heights and Jeannie Garrett of Huber Heights; and his cousins, Kenneth Fultz and George Fultz. He is also survived by twenty great-grandchildren.
