We are sad to announce that on February 27, 2021, at the age of 81, Dale Carter of Bellefontaine, Ohio, born in Portsmouth, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville Carter and Hallie Carter (Sergant); his son Brent Carter; his great grandchild Samantha Jean Givens; and his brothers, Burl Carter, Junior Carter and Jake Carter.
He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Timmons; his grandchildren, Betty Jean Carter of Bellefontaine, Kayla Christine Stillings of Bellefontaine and Dalton Steven Carter of Bellefontaine; his great grandchildren, Lilth Jean Givens and Karson James McClincy; his siblings, Larry Carter of Florida and Betty Knox of North Carolina; his daughter-in-law Twyla Carter of Bellefontaine; and his siblings-in-law, Edna Gregg of Urbana, Betty Cortez and Robert Timmons (Roberta) of Plain City. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
