He is survived by: his wife Karen; his stepchildren, Kimberly Page (Joe) of Albuquerque, NM and Danile Kerns II of Bellefontaine, OH; his grandchildren, Graeme Nicholl of Albuquerque, NM, Fiona Page of Albuquerque, NM, Nora Page of Albuquerque, NM, Liam Page of Albuquerque, NM, Emma Page of Albuquerque, NM, Peyton Kerns of Thackery, OH and Carson Kerns of West Liberty, OH; his siblings, Stephanie Ewbank of Springfield, IL and Jim Oberlies (Mark Carpenter) of Naples, FL; his nieces, April Smiddy of Springfield, IL, Rickelle Nelson (Corey) of Louisville, KY and Noelle Newell Knapp of Los Angeles, CA.; and his pet Jasper. He is also survived by his family and friends.
