He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Robert and Ada Katherine Stout (Woods); and his grandson Jamie Page. He is survived by: his wife Kathy (Roach); his children, Jon Stout (Janis), Marna Costlow (Shane) and Tom Stout (Michele); and his siblings, Steve Stout (Penny) and Sandy Hoylman. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; eight great grandchildren.
