He was predeceased by: his siblings, Glenn K. Downing Jr. and Jean Ann Humble. He is survived by: his spouse Carolyn J. King; his children, Lynda Livingston (Jeffrey) of St. Paris and Wayne Downing (Susan) of Zanesfield, Ohio; his grandchildren, Jacob Livingston, Ethan Livingston (Kara), Seth Livingston, Evan Downing, Morgan Newlove (Austin), Davis Downing and Thia Downing; his brother Norman Downing (Joyce) of Sebring, Florida; and his sister-in-law Patty Downing of Ostrander. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
