She is survived by: her son C. Douglas Chamberlain (Patricia) of Bellefontaine; her grandsons, Todd M. Chamberlain (Jeff) and Matthew R. Chamberlain (Kiki) of Marysville, Ohio; and her great grandchildren, Ben and Ella. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
