She was predeceased by: her parents, James M. Underwood and Mary Louise Underwood (Mustaine); and her sister Marjorie Underwood Brundage. She is survived by: her husband John Carman Losey Jr.; her children, Karen Arnett (Ron), Sharon Guerriero (Vincent) and John Losey III (Elaine); and her sister Norma Underwood Penn. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
