With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carol Ann Smith of Bellefontaine, Ohio, who passed away on March 31, 2023 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Robert and Margaret Ellen Keith (Boase); and her spouse Lee William Smith. She is survived by: her children, Keith Smith (Marilyn), Jerry Smith (Tish), Richard Smith (Sherry) and Linda Shaughnessy (Frank); her grandchildren, Kylee Smith, Bailey Smith, Steve Smith, Scott Smith, Donna Young, Naomi Ritter and Dawn Kilbourn; and her great grandchildren, Abigail Hood, Gage Church and Haley Smith. She is also survived by three great great grandchildren.
