She is survived by: her parents, Clyde Smith and Carol Ross (Sturgill); her husband Boo Caudill; her children, Brittany Fout (John), Kierstan Grates (Cody) and Leeah Valentine (Triston Teets); her stepsons, Zakk Caudill, Konnor Caudill, Branyan Caudill and Derek Kindell (Alissa); her grandchildren, Brielle Kline, Braden Fout, Dixon Fout, Asher Grates, Andi Kindell and Austin Kindell; her siblings, David Smith and Lindsay Buening; her aunt Lorene Powers; her uncle Gary Sturgill; her father-in-law Lynn Caudill; and her close friends, Jeannine Wolfe, Dave, Chris Barkeloo and Ellen Anderson.
