She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Stevens and Jennie Stevens (Seney); and her siblings, Hazel Arnold and Howard Stevens. She is survived by: her husband Clark LeVan; her children, Roxanne Shaffer (James), Greg LeVan (Ruthanna) of Bellefontaine and Todd LeVan (Karen) of Bellefontaine; and her grandchildren, Ryan Shaffer (Heather), Jason Shaffer (Tiffany), Clark LeVan (Lucy), Tyler Shaffer (Megan), Tiffany Butler (David), Timberley Wyble (Michael), Tara LeVan, Brook LeVan and Lilli LeVan. She is also survived by thirteen great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
