He was predeceased by: his great-grandparents, Brian, Mary Ann Downing, Dale Elleman, Jr., Richard and Dorothy Phillips.
He is survived by: his parents, Brody Phillips and Kelli Phillips (Harmon) of Bellefontaine; his brothers, Drew Phillips and Mason Phillips; his grandparents, David, Peggy Phillips of Bellefontaine, Chad and Terri Pulfer of Lewistown; and his great-grandparent Jeannine Elleman of Bellefontaine. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
