She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Taylor and Dortha Taylor (Ewing); her son Bobby Allen; her brothers, Charles and Raymond Taylor; and her son-in-law Randy Hurst.
She is survived by: her husband Richard W. Allen; her children, Richard "Mike" Allen of Lima, Deborah Johnson of Bellefontaine, Diana Sue Hurst of Bellefontaine, John Allen of Bellefontaine and Lorrinda Anne Cushwa (James) of Lovila, IA; her grandchildren, Steve Reames (Amy), Chad Wilt (Amanda), Mikey Allen (Stormy), Timothy Allen, Kasi Johnson, Kari Johnson, Sarah Allen, Joey Ewing (Rob) and Lyndsie McGuire (Shawn); her great grandchildren, Chad Jr., Paige, Ryan, Ethan, Stevie Jr., Katie, Sebastian, Zoey, Sammy, Ryder, Karsyn, Kaesyn, Braden, Vanessa, Jack and Waylon; her siblings, Sharon Taylor Blanke of Canton, Marion Taylor of Huntsville and Jack Taylor (Barbara) of Bellefontaine; and her friends, Joe Rosebrook, Dale Johnson, Pete Hatfield, Joni Bateman Elleman, Mark Bateman, Bob Eleyet (Gidget) and Chris Fry. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or the Osteoporosis Foundation in care of the funeral home.
