She was predeceased by: her parents, David Lee Roy and Anna Mary Allen (Johnson); and her siblings, Merle Allen, Sam Allen, Liz LeVan (Allen) and Chick Allen.
She is survived by: her children, Carolyn (Hunt), Dale Humphreys of Covington, OH, Richard and Denise Hunt (Smith) of Bellefontaine, OH; her grandson Michele Humphreys (Froning) of Hilliard, OH; her great grandchildren, Robert Humphreys of Fairlawn, OH, Jacob Humphreys of Cleveland, OH and Matthew Humphreys of Cleveland, OH.; and her siblings, Jean, Fred and Gary.
