She is survived by: her sons, Larry Smith of Bellefontaine, Steven Smith of Lakeview, Jerry Smith of Apopka, Gregory Smith of West Liberty, Frank Smith of Bellefontaine and Mark Smith (Tammy) of West Liberty. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; and 23 great-grandchildren.
