She was predeceased by: her parents, Clinton Miller and Ella Miller; her husband Kelly Fields; her son Alan Dean Fields; and her siblings, Carl Gene, Faye Thompson (Miller), James Miller and Blaine Miller.
She is survived by: her son Kevin J. Fields of Bellefontaine; her grandson Brandt A. Fields of Bellefontaine; her siblings, Wilda Wininger (late Ernest) of Glasgow, KY, Judith DeMent (Keith) of Canal Winchester, Jeraldine Foe (Michael) of Johnstown, Dennis Miller (Charlotte), Ronnie Miller (Bertha Mae), Willow Wood and Teddy Miller (Pat) of New Holland; and her siblings-in-law, Glenn Thompson of Broken Arrow, OK, Clarice Miller of Hillsboro and Diana Miller of Columbus. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
