She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Jacob and Weltha Genevia Neer (Straley); her husband Ralph Hurley; her siblings, Branson Harley Neer, Verle Wilson Neer, Hilda Mae Neer and Maxine Neer Powell; her siblings-in-law, Ralph Powell and Aileen Ratcliff Neer; her niece Judy Route Hoelscher; and her nephew Dennis Neer.
She is survived by: her sister-in-law Betty Jo Neer; and her nieces, Verleen (Cal), Helen (John) and Betty Jean (Frank).
