He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Newcomer and Ida Newcomer (Leaman); and his brother Earl Newcomer. He is survived by: his wife Mary Rosenberger; his children, Maria Gleason of Findlay and Sam Newcomer (Ana) of Alpharetta, Georgia; his grandchildren, Ty Gleason, Tara Gleason, Alexandra Newcomer and Michael Newcomer; and his siblings, Elsie Charles, Miriam Haverstick (James) and Ed Newcomer. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
