She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil Knowlton and Alice Knowlton Bowdle (Neufarth); and her siblings, Kay Abraham and Jack R. Knowlton. She is survived by: her husband Wayne Jerviss; her children, Angie Straub (Ted) of Akron, Mark Perry (Stacey) of Powell, Teresa Eagle (Keith) of Columbus, Mindy Jerviss of Bellefontaine and Chester; and her grandchildren, Keegan Straub, Cameron Perry, Madison Eagle, Gabe Straub, Taryn Mullins, Cole Perry, Kendall Eagle and Avery Mullins.
