He is survived by: his wife Debra Warner; his children, Phillip Warner (Mandy Zeisloft), Joe Lewis Warner (Harmony), Justin Warner (Stephanie), Alvin "Matthew" Warner Jr. (Mamie Zylka), Charlesetta Tolliver and Mercedes Johnson (Kevin); his grandchildren, Taiylre (Hakeem), Nikia, Phillip Jr., Seth, Savannah, Jett, Divante, Lexus, Isabelle, Lewis, Javon, Makayla, Hunter, Aliveah, Braylon, Arieah, Anthony "Boog", Chalony, Hannah and Jakyson; his siblings, Michael, Ralph Warner (Roberta), Geneva "Snook" Fogel and Patricia Page; and his niece Tisha Adams. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews and cousins.
