He was predeceased by : his parents, Budd Cobb and Clara Mae Gates Cobb; his grandson Michael Dingus; his great grandchildren, Ashley Gurnicke and Issac Horn; his daughter-in-law Terri J. Cobb; and his brothers, Earl, Ivan, Ralph, Dean and Virgil Cobb.
He is survived by : his wife Shirley L. Cain Cobb; and his children, Patricia Spear of Caldwell, Robert Cobb of Caldwell, James Cobb (June) of Belle Valley, Connie Fleming (Randy) of Ostrander, Walter L. Cobb, Jr. of Belle Valley, Debra Stephens (Danny) of Belle Valley, Donna Mishlan (Tim) of Belle Valley, Linda Linger (Ronnie) of Dexter City and Thomas Cobb of Sarahsville. He is also survived by 25 grandchildren; 42 great-grandchildren; 9 great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
