He was predeceased by : his parents, Woodrow Wilson Carpenter and Patsy Lou Lucas Carpenter; his brother Danny "Bud" Carpenter; and his siblings-in-law, Ernest "Ernie" Carpenter and Dawn Reed (Mark).

He is survived by : his wife Yvonne M. Yonker Carpenter; his children, Kelsey Nalley (Ryan) of Batesville, Karley Bettinger (Darren) of Caldwell, Savannah Ivey (Dalton) of Caldwell, Stephani Carpenter of Barnesville, Laykin Hamilton (Austin Schockling) and Troy Hamilton; and his grandchildren, Myles Nalley and Stella Ivey. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, June 25th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Chandler Funeral Home & Cremation Service (609 West St, Caldwell, OH 43724). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, June 26th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, June 26th 2024 at the Hoskinsville Cemetery Chapel.

Memorial contributions may be directed in Todd's honor to the Belle Valley American Legion, Belle Valley Volunteer Fire Department, or Caldwell Volunteer Fire Department.
