He was predeceased by: his parents, Casey Munyan and JoAnn Munyan. He is survived by: his wife Janet Stradtman-Munyan; his children, David J. Munyan Jr. (Melanie), Nicholas V. Wilson (Vanessa), Nikki M. Ness, Angela E. Saunders (John) and Kaitlin J. Work (Troy); his sister Patricia Cook (Don); and his pet Sara.
