She was predeceased by : her father James Leo "Jim" Mizik; her sister Melinda Fawn Mizik; and her brother-in-law Chris Pekari. She is survived by : her mother Carol Patricia Prunty Mizik of Belle Valley; her husband William A. Porter, Jr.; her children, Garrett Lee Porter of Belle Valley and Jenna Renae Porter of Belle Valley; her sisters, Kristie L. Mizik of Belle Valley, Melissa D. Mizik (Darin Lucas) of Belle Valley and Emily A. Pekari of Cambridge; and her father-in-law William A. Porter, Sr. of Caldwell. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
