We are sad to announce that on November 27, 2020, at the age of 71, Rex A. Turner of Belle Center, Ohio, born in Owenton, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Turner and Agnus Turner (Wiemer); his children, Rebecca Turner and Wayne E. Turner; his brothers, William and Gary Turner; and his grandson Jade Alen Michael Turner.
He is survived by: his children, Richard Turner (Allysia), Nina C. Woodruff (Jason J.) and Regina Standridge; the mother of his children Janice C. Turner; his grandchildren, Courtney, Megan, Zachary, Mason, Tanner, Jackson, Jillian, Summer, Logan, Alex, Cody, Billy and Hannah; his great grandchildren, Cain and Cash; and his siblings, Joyce Short, Angela Fessenden (Ronnie) and Barry Turner (Sue). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
