She was predeceased by: her parents, G. Richard Starr and Estella Starr (Blumenschein); her husband Phillip Detwiler; and her sister Delores Henry (Odell Starr). She is survived by: her children, Matthew Detwiler (Stefanie) of Cincinnati, Jill Kelly of Mt. Sterling and Jody Paul (Danny) of Marysville; and her grandchildren, Sara Detwiler, Owen Detwiler, Renick Kelly, S. Josey Kelly, Wesley Paul and Fredrick Paul.
