He is survived by: his spouse Kathy Quebedeaux; his children, William Russel Lemoine (Leeann), Thomas Anthony Lemoine (Shabria) and Christine Kay MacConnell (Andrew); his grandchildren, William, Breanne, Jayme, Abigail Lemoine and Audrey MacConnell; his daughter-in-law Ashley C. Starr; and his siblings, Phyllis Bourque (Michael) and Phillip Lemoine (Lisa). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
