He is survived by: his wife Linda Sutherland; his children, Michael Hicks (Michele) of St. Johns, OH, Lisa Smith (Ed) of Raymond, OH and Rob Hicks (Heather) of Lebanon, OH.; his grandchildren, Shane, Kelsey, Kassidy, Hunter (Taylor), Haley, Jaden, Landon, Gabriel and Andrew; his great grandchildren, Alexus and Paeton; and his siblings, Enoch Hicks (late Paulette) of Kenton, Sharon Riley (John), Charlotte Hamm (Terry) of Kenton and Bessie Risner of Marion.
