He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Kitchen and Mary Kitchen (Metz); and his sister-in-law Marcia Kitchen. He is survived by: his wife Melody (Spaugy); his children, Angela Kitchen Stephens, Zachary Kitchen (George Hannahs), Chris Drake, Jennifer Banning (Charlie) and Randy Wise; and his brothers, Kenneth Kitchen, Dennis Kitchen (Linda) and Dwayne Kitchen (Roxanne). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren.
