She is survived by: her spouse James Elmer Collum; her children, Richard "Dick" Collum (Kim) of Bellefontaine, Nancy LeVan (Earl) of Bellefontaine and Kimberly Reames (Scott Storm) of Zanesfield; her grandchildren, Lance Collum (Jenny), Brent Collum (Amber), Timothy LeVan (Kim), Jonathan LeVan (Jonna), Brandy Parks (Kevin), Brian Reames (Danielle), Max Reames (Miranda) and Samantha Stephens; her siblings, Phyllis Hempy of Waldo and Robert Henry of Rushsylvania; and her close friends, Bill, Bev Blair, Phil, Judy Pockras and Rory LeVan. She is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren.
