She was predeceased by: her parents, William Isaac and Alice Ada Harriot Bloomfield (Donovan); her children, June Marie Patrick and Ernest Patrick (Priscilla Miranda); and her siblings, Elizabeth Mitchel (Ted), Alice Chandler (Frederick), William Bloomfield (Jean), Richard Bloomfield (Elsie), George Bloomfield, Gladys Mayne (Herbert), Frederick Bloomfield (Doris), Violet Starck (William), James Bloomfield, Joan Torkelson (Emmit) and Pamela Gannon (Maurice).
She is survived by: her husband Ernest Patrick Sr.; her children, Barbara Ann Randall (Todd) of Belle Center, David William Patrick (Sue) of Belle Center, Douglas Paul Patrick of Bellefontaine and Donald Eugene Patrick of Lakeview, Ohio; and her grandchildren, Steve Patrick, Raquel Jones (Morgan), Jeff Patrick, Chris Patrick, Nikki Peterson (Kevin), Dustin Randall (Amy), Danielle Bowers (Craig), Amber Patrick, Josh Patrick (Lorrin) and Stacey Raisch (Tony). She is also survived by fifteen great grandchildren, and seven great-great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
