He was predeceased by: his daughter Telana Bush Faries; and his grandson James Christophel. He is survived by: his wife Sandra G. Pruitt (Phelps); his son Jason Bush (Teresa); his brother John E. Pruitt (Judi); and his grandchildren, Jessica "Jess" Christophel, Samantha Christophel, Sasha Gio, Jacob Bush and MacKenzie Bush. He is also survived by numerous other family members and many friends.
