He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph O. Hook and Jeanette Van Hook; and his brother Cloyd. He is survived by: his wife Libby; his children, Lisa, Barry (Missy), Brian (Jenn), Matt (Lisa) and Ted Teister; and his brother Mack (Inga). He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
