She was predeceased by: her parents, Estella Rogers (Schatzman) and Lester H. Rogers; her husband Francis P Mulligan; her sons, Michael Patrick Mulligan and Timothy Rogers Mulligan; her son-in-law Ira W. McKee; and her brothers, John and Lester Rogers.
She is survived by: her daughters, Stephanie McKee and Adrienne DuRant (Paul); and her grandchildren, Robin F. McKee, Mark W. McKee (Tammy), Ira Christopher McKee (Charlotte) and Sarah J. Mulligan. She is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren.
