We are sad to announce that on October 27, 2022, at the age of 74, Lana L. Hoskins of Bellbrook, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Walter Smith; her siblings, Murriel Vest and Charles Smith; her nephew Dr. Greg Vest; and her niece Gwyndolen Egleston.
She is survived by: her daughters, Faith Mader (Don) and Carla Countryman (Chad); her grandchildren, Corey Mader, Kayla Mader, Cheyenne Mader and Owen Countryman; her sisters, Ina Swart (Galen) and Guinevere Egleston (Ralph); her nephews, Shane Egleston and Chad Swart; and her niece Janelle Cencebaugh (Dan).
