He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Kingston and Marjorie Kaduce (Liffick); and his siblings, Merlin Wayne Kingston, Eddie Lee Kaduce, Georgia Ann Shepherd and Wilma Jean Stromley.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy (Schalnat); his children, Nam Tran, Kenneth Kingston Jr., Tanya Lopez-Torres (Teodoro), Stacy Bender Tincher (Jason) and Mandy Bender Cameron (Rod); his grandchildren, Victoria Dang-Stowers (Jeremy), Jacqueline Dang-Phan (Trang) and Christopher Dang; his great grandchild Skyla Ramirez; and his brothers, William Kingston, James Kingston (Susie) and Steven Kingston. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
