It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Siva (Bellbrook, Ohio), born in Campbell, Ohio, who passed away on April 16, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Mary; and his sister Mary Gavalier (Edward). He is survived by: his children, John Siva, Rick Siva, Becky Siva, Greg Siva (Tammy) and Mary Orr (John); and his grandchildren, Ben of Andy, TJ, Dalton and Catherine.
